Combining high-quality Tsubaki base chain with a choice of conventional or innovative new side-swivel gripper attachments, new Tsubaki Gripper Chain™ delivers reliable, long-lasting performance in form, fill, and vacuum seal applications. Standard gripper attachments open straight up and down; Type K attachments open vertically, then sideways for easy film engagement. Both are designed to ensure precise positioning and long-lasting performance, even at high speeds.
Strong, reliable Tsubaki base chain is specifically designed to reduce maintenance and increase productivity. Factory preloading minimizes initial elongation. Food-grade lubricant is preapplied prior to assembly to reduce startup time and extend service life. Colored connecting links are easy to identify while in service and convenient to install with retaining clips.
Tsubaki is the only manufacturer to offer Gripper Chain™ with recessed riveted pins that allow quick and easy chain length adjustments to keep production rolling.
Nickel-plated base chains are available from stock. Alternate materials for special applications -- such as corrosion-resistant stainless steel and maintenance-free LAMBDA® -- can be quickly made to order.
