Heavy Series
Heavy series is the next step above regular drive chain, featuring thicker side plates equal to the next larger size chain and higher working loads. Dimensions meet standard ASME/ANSI specifications.
T and HT Series
These chains feature Thru-hardened pins and quad stake riveting for greater shock load resistance and higher ultimate tensile strengths. Dimensions meet standard ASME/ANSI specifications.
Super and Super-H Series
Super series chains feature wider waists and special manufacturing techniques to produce fatigue resistant pitch holes. The pins are thru hardened and the pitch holes are ball drifted to attain a Maximum allowable load that is 25 to 30% higher than standard RS roller chain. Dimensions meet standard ASME/ANSI specifications.
Ultra Super Series
U.S. Tsubaki Ultra Super Series has a greater ultimate tensile strength and allowable load than any other roller chain we manufacture. This allows maximum power transmission in the smallest possible chain size.
