Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform electrical repairs and maintenance to production machinery, facilities, and electrical systems within the plant.
  • Requires knowledge and proficiency in electrical and electronic theory, electrical safety, and use of diagnostic tools and equipment commonly used in the electrical trade.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the operating principles of controls, motors, generators, and other such electrical equipment as is necessary to assure efficient installation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Must be able to read and interpret electrical prints, schematics, ladder logic diagrams, various machinery instructions, and troubleshooting procedures, etc.

Supply Chain Analyst

Essential Job Functions:

  • Negotiate supplier pricing and lead-times based on a review of drawings/specifications.
  • Develop project/part cost structures with competitive supply chain recommendation and accurate cost models.
  • Lead customer and supplier pre-production APQP activities to ensure 100% on time delivery and zero defects.
  • Prevent/resolve issues during product launch through collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal functional group.

Environmental health and safety specialist (EHS) 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Implement, train, and maintain all corporate health and safety programs and coordinate safety training programs for employees and outside contracted services.
  • Maintain overall Environmental Management Systems (EMS) to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and conformance to the ISO14001 standard.
  • Facilitate workplace safety incident reporting, and lead team approach or accident investigation.  Determine root cause, and develop, assign, and track corrective action requests regarding workplace accidents.
  • Promote EHS awareness through internal correspondence, specific training programs, and company communication boards.
  • Advise facility of regulatory changes through working with our consultant that would apply through regular compliance reviews.  Provide sufficient notice to assure proper level of compliance by the effective date of the new regulations.
  • Develop, implement, maintain and administer overall facility security programs.

Requirements:

Quality Engineer

Essential Job Functions:

  • Primarily responsible for meeting our quality requirements and goals as they relate to PPAP, problem resolution, documentation and change approval.
  • Provide leadership for continuous improvement team activities in specific manufacturing departments.
  • Coordinate activities with both Manufacturing and Quality Assurance, particularly on issues related to customer requirements.

  • Coordinate and execute all CMM programming requirements.
